I offer facilitation of reflective practice groups and one-to-one sessions in organisations, both in person and online.
My aim is to create a safe and constructive reflective space in which people can feel supported to engage in a process of exploration of their experiences at work, including their interactions, team dynamics, and the emotional impact of work.
In addition to enhancing learning and development, reflective practice is increasingly linked to issues of wellbeing, retention and safety.
